Eligibility for Returns:
- Product Errors: Returns are accepted if there is an error in product selection attributed to In-House Sound, ensuring you receive the correct item as ordered.
- Damaged Products: If a product arrives broken or defective, it is eligible for a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items:
- Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom-fit products, we do not accept returns unless they are defective or incorrectly provided.
- Final Sales: All other sales are considered final unless the product is incorrect or damaged.
Process for Returns:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number, details about the product, and the issue at hand.
- Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable):
- After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
