In-Warranty Repair

Whether your repair falls within the one-year warranty (UE can confirm this – UE
Warranty is subject to limitations), or is past the one-year warranty period, please email
uehelp@ultimateears.com and your email will get funneled to the appropriate
department.

Out-Of-Warranty Repair (L.A. Area)

If you are located in or near the Los Angeles area, you can email Jackson Gellar from
JTG Repair Services at jtgrepairservices@gmail.com to see if he can assist you at our
North Hollywood location.  This is not a full-service repair center, but he is able to repair
a lot, often while you wait.

Repairs are only available for products ordered through In-House Sound or one
of their official UE COMM Dealers

In-Warranty and Out-Of-Warranty Repairs

In-House Sound provides a limited warranty for material defects or workmanship in
either the external shell or the internal components which are covered for a period of one year from the original shipping date. Damage or breakage due to use contrary to
In-House Sound instruction, ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence,
accident, unauthorized repair, acts of God, or modification of, to any part of the Product
is not covered by the warranty.  In-House Sound Products can be repaired if necessary.
 
NOTE: Please do not ship anything to us without reaching out to us to ensure
your product can be repaired and so we make sure your repair goes to the
appropriate place to save money and time.
