Who Should You Contact For Servicing?

ULTIMATE EARS

Please contact UE if you are having issues with any of the following:

  • Custom or Universal In-Ear Monitors – if you are having issues with the sound quality, loss of sound, broken or cracked shell, faceplates, ambient holes, and filters, cable connecting point on the IEMs, etc.
  • Fit Issues (Free within 30 days of original shipping date)
  • UE Switch – mechanism, faceplates, or collectors case.
  • UE COMM Cable – this is the cable with the line for the mic.
  • Small Square Case (NOT SKB CUSTOM CASE)
  • IPX Listen Only Cables – all varieties.
  • IPX Bluetooth Cable
  • UE Buffer Jack
  • IEM Wax Cleaning Tool
  • Microsonics & Filters
  • Logitech Stream Cams
  • UE BOOMS – all models.

In-Warranty Repair

If your repair falls within the one-year warranty (UE can confirm this – UE Warranty is subject to limitations), please email us directly and we’ll get you a complimentary code for the service.  For the service, please use the UE Service link below. 

Out-Of-Warranty Repair

You have two options for out of warranty repairs. 

LOS ANGELES

If you are located in or near the Los Angeles area, you can email Joe Lester from Ultimate Audio at ultimateaudiojoe@gmail.com to see if they can assist you at our North Hollywood location.  They are not full-service repair center but are able to repair a lot, often while you wait.

ALL OTHER REPAIRS

You can submit your service order via the instructions/link below. It is important to include your service order number with your monitors when you send them in. If not included, there will likely be a delay in your service. You will receive your service order number once you “Add to cart” and “Checkout.”

1 Please fill out as many fields on the form as possible and please be as specific and clear as possible in the issue description field (this will allow the UE technicians to focus in on the exact issue while they are bringing everything else up to spec).
2 Submit the order (Make sure to “Add to cart” and “Checkout”)
3 If there is a fit issue, please fill out the Fit Adjustment form at the following link. FIT ADJUSTMENT FORM

4 Print email confirmation of the order and put it in the box you are shipping with the monitors to the below address.

Turnaround is typically 14 business days (subject to change depending on workload.)

By submitting the order in the UE system, you will get automatic updates from the UE lab.

In-Warranty Repair

In-House Sound provides a limited warranty for material defects or workmanship in either the external shell or the internal components which are covered for a period of one year from the original shipping date.  Damage or breakage due to use contrary to In-House Sound instruction, ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized repair, acts of God, or modification of, to any part of the Product is not covered by the warranty.  In-House Sound Products can be repaired if necessary.  Repair info is available upon request at kmaronyan@letinc.net.
